Job Summary

• The primary responsibility of this role is to provide day-to-day operation and maintenance of Monitor’s various infrastructure in Regional Offices.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility of ensuring uptime within SLA on all services
• Daily maintenance of hosting environment
• Implement improvements and update hosting environment.
• Configure virtual network appliances and virtual machines.
• Perform installation of new customer systems as well as migration of existing systems.
• Establish direct contact with customers and third-party IT companies.
• Provide daily IT operational support to local/internal users and work closely with Headquarter IT Team
• Register and resolve IT related support cases within company SLA’s standard.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work in shifts or outside of normal business hours, as required by the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any equivalent qualification.
• 2 years hands-on experience in Customer Hosting or general vCenter hosting.
• Experience of working with the VMware Cloud Foundation concept will be great advantage.
• Experience in Data Center operations will be added advantage.
• Excellence working knowledge of layer 2 and layer 3 networking, BGP, IPSEC.
• Familiarity with VMware products such as vSphere, vCenter and vSAN.
• Basic knowledge in Server Administration is required.
• Requires a good command of English, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Ability to create effective relationships and collaborate internally and externally, at all organizational levels.
