Reaching a milestone in expansion: Monitor Malaysia's new development office
On November 7th, Monitor Malaysia's brand-new 15th-floor development office is officially open! The Monitor Malaysia team celebrated this momentous achievement with the Development team, under the leadership of William Colling, Development Manager of Monitor SEA. The celebration was graced by key leaders from Monitor ERP, including Morgan Persson (Group CEO), Jörgen Persson (Owner), Stefan Olsson (Group CTO), Daniel Häggmark (CEO of Southeast Asia), as well as colleagues from Sweden and China.
Our new Malaysian office is now a reality because of our commitment and forward thinking. We're ready to enhance our software with the strong talent Malaysia has to offer.
Situated just two levels above our existing office within the same building, the new office showcases a Scandinavian design with minimalist and aesthetically pleasing interiors, providing an optimal workspace for our developers.
Aligned with our commitment to customer satisfaction, the Development team currently comprises 15 developers, including Core and Adaptation teams, and we are actively expanding to grow even stronger. This expansion is a response to the increasing demands of our valued customers and the growing market in Southeast Asia.
We're always striving to work closely with our customers. With their input and our creative teams, there's no limit to what we can achieve. This is a milestone for us, as the Development department has so far been based only in Sweden and Poland.

At Monitor ERP System, we take sustainability seriously and have taken significant steps to meet the demands of sustainability and environmental awareness. With Sustainability by Monitor, we are taking a big step forward. By using Sustainability by Monitor, our customers will be able to measure their environmental impact, evaluate it and take strategic measures to reduce emissions and consumption of resources. After a year of work, it is now an integral part of our ERP system, with Fredrik Tåneland as one of the developers involved.
