The choice fell on Monitor and since then a valuable partnership has emerged.

Back in 2018, as their sales surged, the strain on their limited human resources became evident. With machines not loaded with the right parts and an outdated inventory tracking system, achieving real-time insights into their operations seemed unattainable.

MARK-JOHN Sp. z o.o. has been producing metal spare parts for the automotive, agricultural and machinery industries for almost 20 years, working with many well-known European customers. We visited them six months after the implementation of Monitor ERP to get an closer look at how they use the system in their production and to get their opinion on the system.
